I want you to love your Cernucci pieces as much as I love designing, creating, and wearing them. If you’re not completely happy with them, we’ll give you a full refund. All we ask is that it’s returned to us in its original condition with all original packaging, within the specified time frame:

  • US & Canada – 28 days
  • EU – 14 days
  • UK – 14 days

How do I return my item?

To allow us to refund you as quickly as possible, we’ve implemented a quick & simple returns process online. Follow the steps below to generate your return label:

  1. Head to our returns portal (you’ll need your order number to hand).
  2. Select what items you’d like to return and why.
  3. Select your chosen return method.
  4. Pay for your return – this will be deducted from your total refund amount.
  5. Your QR code will be emailed to you and can also be downloaded directly from the portal. Print and attach it to your parcel.
  6. Your parcel is now ready to be taken to your chosen drop-off point.

When will I receive my refund?

We aim to process your refund within 5 working days from receipt to our warehouse. After processing, you will receive an email notification. Please note that it can take a further 5 working days for the funds to clear into your account.

Cernucci Guarantee

We offer a 12 month Cernucci Guarantee for all purchases of gold-plated/vermeil jewelry. If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect within 12 months of your purchase, our guarantee entitles you to a one-time replacement free of charge. This warranty does not cover user damage (scratches or accidental breakage), loss or theft. Photo or video evidence is required for claims.

Note: Our guarantee applies only to products purchased directly via our website or app. For purchases through our retail partners, please refer to their return policy. Our discontinued Lifetime Guarantee cards are only valid on orders placed before 4th May 2022.

Return Exceptions

  • No returns for custom products, earrings, underwear, or swimwear.
  • Buy One Get One Free: Both items must be returned for a refund.
  • Gift Card Returns: Refunds will be credited back to the original gift card.
  • Watch Returns: Must include box, watch tool, extra pins, and pillow case in new condition.
  • Bundle Returns: All items in a bundle must be returned.
  • Tiktok Returns: Orders placed directly via TikTok shop must be returned via TikTok shop and not the Cernucci Returns Portal.

Return Tracking Events

  • In transit: Returns are sent to a local warehouse and grouped before shipping to our warehouse.
  • Delivered to retailer: We've received your parcel and will process your refund soon.
